Good idea but app has been very buggy lately and not loading any sneakers
App is always crashing
I’ve lost my streak consistently in ver app issues 7/21 most recently
STOP EMAILING ME!
The app is trash and I can’t get them to stop emailing me. I click unsubscribe and I still get emails. I unselect the marketing email option in the app. I send the automated unsubscribe emails and the emails bounce back as undeliverable. I welcome any correspondence that will then help me end all future correspondence. Yo tradeblock STOP EMAILING ME!

This past month has drastically changed my opinion of this company
I currently have 75 trades on this platform. About 2 months ago I was sent fakes from a trusted trader but I didn’t catch it until I went to sell the shoes 3 weeks later so Tradeblock wouldn’t do anything about it. Since then I’ve recorded opening every package and running the shoes through 2 different legit checking apps. A little over a month ago I was once again sent fakes by a trusted trader but this time I caught it instantly. I paid to ship the shoes to Tradeblock and after about a week and a half of them having the fake shoes they finally came back and said they were going to reimburse me hundreds UNDER the value of the shoes I was supposed to get and under the value of the shoes I sent in this trade. After blasting it all over social media and contacting the co-founder of the company, they came back and said they were going to give me enough to repurchase the shoes plus my trade fees and the shipping label I paid for to ship the shoes to them. I was more than happy with that. But…. It’s been 16 days since then and I haven’t received a penny! This entire situation has completely destroyed my confidence in this platform/company. Oh, and the guy who sent me fakes? He’s still a trusted trader right now and nothing at all was done to punish him.

I pray this company stays in business forever
I currently have 75 trades on the platform and 99.9% of the time everything has gone great. The .1% of issues I’ve had, TradeBlock went above and beyond to make things right with me and I will forever be loyal because of how they’ve treated me as a customer.
Please guys, support this company! It’s the only one of its kind in the sneaker community.

Terrible app stay away
The item of this app seemed good but it’s a horrible experience . Between the crashing , bugs , and constant errors the app did not function well itself . Customer service is worse , they reject items with ease and take crazy amount of fees. For being a trusted trader I have to pay additional fee to get verification which feels backwards , at minimum you have to pay $60 just to swap up a size on $20 sneaker for example . Shame on these people they stole a lot of money from me already and more than half the accounts on here are inactive because everyone found out how terrible it is

Best Shoe App
This app is for trading shoes. However, I use it, mainly, to keep track of my collection and its value. It’s the best app for that I’ve used.
First trade and got fakes!!
Made my first trade on Tradeblock. My pair of V.A.A Alaska’s for Union Jordan 1 Chicago and Royals. When the pairs came, the Royal pair had an EBay authentication tag on it, but when I tried it on it was more snug than my other Jordan 1. So I finally when to a local resell shop to see if I could trade for a half size up and they say these are fake. Then I turned around and sold them on stockx and they come back inauthentic. So beware with this app. I personally will never use it again.

Do Not Use! Scammers and bad customer service.
There are way too many scammers on the app and Tradeblock will not help you out if you get scammed.
I unfortunately just went through this on a trade where the other person offered shoes in like new condition and sent me photos to confirm it. When I received the shoes they were stained, dirty, and worn pretty bad. This guy was listed as a ‘Trusted Trader’ too.
I tried to get Tradeblock to step in and help because I was obviously scammed and the condition of the shoes was way different than the photos I was sent. After emailing back and forth they said $50 credit is the best they could do on a pair that lost around $400 in value.
I’ve heard other horror stories too. Best to just stay away.

Tradeblock is a solid platform with a support team that genuinely cares about its users. I had a delivery issue that took time to resolve due to a carrier investigation, but throughout the process the communication and professionalism from the support team stood out.

Looks like their app, site and support email have all shutdown. Also tried logging in with no luck. Just glad I had no current trades setup. CRAZY
Broken app
This app was once an amazing platform for sneaker training. However, today the app is completely broken unable to search create new trades or perform any user based actions. It doesn’t seem like it’s being maintained.
This app has went downhill fast!
Most recent update has cause this app to be a joke. Nothing loads, shoes don’t show up in closet, can’t print off labels, etc. Recently got logged out and now it won’t even let me log back in. Crazy for fees to go up while app usability goes down.
App won’t work
Had to redo my review ,my app won’t work ,I can’t log in ,I have a trade ongoing ,the other I received the shoes not the way I agreed to trade ,just too many shortcuts being taken and now after almost 900 days straight on fire I will lose it and can’t log in ,emailed support and ignored
