Купил на месяц. Деньги списали рекламу не отключили. В поддержке написали что вопрос решат. Не решили. В итоге без денег и без покупки.
Дополняю. Деньги вернули

Too many ads

Way too many ads. I understand it’s a free version, but after you place 3 pieces and complete the “task” there’s an ad. Place 3 more objects in a “task”— AD!

what do kids know of these ads that keep you in the ad? none ofcourse, they can't go back to their games because of these stupid mechanics for ads, these games should be banned from any app store.

Оплатила ребенку игру 459₽ на три месяца. Через месяц пользования игры пропал звук. Ребенок играет без звука😔
В целом игра хорошая, детям очень нравиться. Но что делать со звуком так и не выяснили. Очень растаивает данная ситуация

Вам нужно удалить игру, найти хороший интернет сервер и скачать её заново ( единственное что весь прогресс пропадёт, играть нужно будет заново) В разделе для родителей вы сможете возобновить подписку. И обязательно после этих манипуляций напишите нам на почту: support@gokidsmobile.com появился ли звук.

Need to fix my subscription charges asap

I subscribed for a monthly fee as my son likes this game then updated on that same day for the best price of 3 months subscription as said I will get a refund of $4.49 for the monthly fee and only charged $7.99 for 3 months.
I’m currently been charged both fees for a total of $12.48

Can someone fix that up or cancel all together and give me a full refund?
