Revitalising
This app is great. Ive used a few like this and this one is great especially if you can grab a half hour during the day. It will refresh and calm your mind.

Best One for older version
Very good and soothing. Now with the upgrade to provide continuous play and add multiple tracks, this has moved to my go to app for hypnosis. If the app allow for increase to customize and add more track, it will be perfect. Keep up the awesome work!
Update: For some reason the update is with a different voice. The new voice is very hard to listen and when she say “body” is sounds like”boldly”. Need fix on the voice

Hi there, thank you for the review! As far as the different voice goes, it should still be Rachael's voice...can you please let us know at what point the voice starts to differ? It could just be the recording. Thank you! :)
This app does not work on iPad!
I paid the upgrade price to gain access to all the recordings on this app. Somewhere along the line the app stopped working properly. When I go to edit my playlist the app shuts down!
Prior to this I would have given this app a 5 Star rating as I found the app very beneficial but then the app stopped working.
I reached out to Apple support and they told me that the developer of the app has to resolve this issue. When I reached out to the developer they were not at all helpful. The woman I spoke with told me they were releasing another update to address this issue and she eventually just ignored my inquiries as to the status of the update. According to the updates there was an update 9 months ago to fix this bug but it is still not working. So I paid $99.00 for an app I can no longer use.

Didn't like it.. Not worth the money her voice was irritating couldn't relax and meditate..

Love it
Excellent for helping me get to sleep. Only one time (out of about 50) that I did not fall asleep by the end of the 'session'. Can't say anything about my brain function improving, but this is my go-to app when I know I need to sleep.
Nice app
Using this to help me study better at Uni and it seems to be working. The hypnotherapist has a nice calming voice and pronunciation of words, nothing grating. I usually fall asleep halfway through the relaxation section but I feel as though all the important info is going in and influencing my behaviour positively.

Love this app!
I use this app almost everyday. It is great! I find that I am able to reach a deep state of relaxation. That statement alone makes it worth the price. I have purchased additional segments due to my satisfaction with what I have already used. Great App!

Harsh and unclear ending, not a very flowing program, wish I had my money back.

Really great App! I went from having terrible sleeps to being able to sleep through the entire night and feel rested when waking. I highly recommend these apps for anyone having trouble sleeping!
Making a difference!
I find this app to be very intuitive and easy to use. The difference in my ability to retain and recall information was dramatic and occurred with in the first 3 uses of the program. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely love everything about this app. Some of the modules work better than others, but overall have had a lot of successes with this app and most of the modules.

Great but doesn't carry over
Now let me explain that. There are a few apps by this developer and they're great! Inside each one is a store where you can go and buy more hypnosis programs. This option is wonderful because I'd rather have as few app icons as possible. However, if you buy a program in one, we'll call it a parent app, and you have another parent app, the purchase isn't available in it unless you buy it again. If the developers would change that one aspect, these would be the perfect meditation and hypnosis apps and I'd have all my friends using it!

I got this app to help me with school. I am studying to become a DVM. I am also a mother of four. This app has helped me tremendously. The best thing is I play it at night when my husband and I are in bed and I have noticed the difference in has memory ability. Will be trying other apps like it. Keep up the good work!
