Waiting and waiting for a callback although online literature says they will call back within 48 hours.

Unless I’m missing something, I don’t think anyone can register and use this application.
It asks for a tenant/organisation ID and I couldn’t find a way to register. So maybe you can only create an account if you are with a given school or university or something.
PS: I was looking at this app after reading “80/20 Running”.
