I am so grateful for this balance training
When I asked my endocrinologist for an exercise program that was safe to do with my severe osteoporosis, she recommended the Zibrio program. The exercises are easy to perform and only take 10 minutes a day. Another one of my doctors told me he thinks this program is best thing I’ve done for my osteoporosis. It helps me prevent falling, which could cause me to break bones.
I’ve been doing this program for 15 months. I’ve stumbled a couple of times, but I was instinctively able to correct myself and not fall.
I am such a believer in this program, that I had my husband and a good friend sign up, too.

Immediately locked up…
Downloaded the app, got about 5 minutes into it and it locked up. Deleted it, reinstalled it, it locked up again. What a waste…
Balance training
Solid! The app has an incredible balance training section which was informative and motivating. Intuitive app design gives super useful personalized recommendations
Better Balance Training is helpful!
I’ve spent a couple days working on my balance with the Better Balance training in this app and I must say, it’s very easy to follow and Coach Roman is great!
Fun little app
Quick and easy to see on a daily basis just how mood, sleep, lack of exercise and medications can affect balance - which in turn affects overall health. Can’t wait to add the scale to the mix!
