Every screen says each thing once. IMPROVED • Sessions are quieter. The prescription lives in the dock; the queue shows where you are — names, ticks, and what you skipped — instead of repeating every target beside it. • The session-wide load unit moved into the dock menu, alongside the unit for the exercise you are on. Both switches now sit in one place. • Settings is two groups — Training, and Privacy & Data — instead of thirteen sections, with the explanations kept only where trust depends on them. • Each Progress screen asks one question: Consistency shows consistency, Balance shows distribution. • The guided wizard and the plan composer offer each choice once. The plan's title is the button that renames it, and the step counter gave way to the strip that already showed your place. • Finishing a plan is celebrated once and then settles, instead of animating for as long as you look at it. • Rest is timed in one place. The idle stopwatch beside the rest pill is gone. • The Exercises library leads with your exercises rather than a duplicate row of filters. • A new install opens on the welcome screen at once. iCloud is checked in the background, and the restore question appears only when there is something to restore. FIXED • Two exercises kept from earlier versions showed a leftover internal label in their names. They read as "Conditioning" and "Lateral Raise" now, on your history as well as in the library. • A retired exercise is no longer offered when you swap one mid-session, or picked for you when a plan is generated.
