Best All-inclusive Nutrition & Fitness App

Trak does it all. They utilize AI to create incredible insights that the usual apps on the AppStore can’t. A showcase of how sore your body is and what muscles to avoid? Recommendations on how to hit the rest of your macros? A real time demo of how to do each exercise without looking up a YouTube video? This app comes second to none and would recommend to any fitness user of all levels. Definitely is a game changer

Best All-In-One

I’ve used hundred of fitness trackers and food trackers plus workout plan apps and more and Trak is far and away the best all around. Gives me a workout, tracks it and keeps track of my food too. Found the “catch up” feature today and it’s my favorite part for a busy life

Love it

I appreciate how easy it was to get started. I got the app because my friends were bugging me to lose weight. I’ll be back before I know it !

Great for people new to fitness!!

I am not a fitness person myself but this app has become very helpful in my goals: dieting and keeping a consistent regiment. It keeps the workouts diverse because usually my fitness journeys are sullied by monotony. It recommends great and different workouts and visually is engaging. Would definitely recommend def recommend

Game Changer

Used TRAK during my prep for a bodybuilding show. Never been more dialed in. Tracking lifts and nutrition in the same place allows for insights that you can’t get anywhere else.
