Could be perfect
I see so much potential with this app. However I am unable to send messages through the app to my Facebook Contacts. I keep getting error message that we aren’t friends and we are. I have reached out to support multiple times and haven’t gotten any assistance in fixing this problem. The app is up to date as well.

One app to rule them all!
This ONE app doesn’t crash or glitch, and it keeps track of ALL my contacts accross my phone, email, and social media accounts! I keep all my notes here for every contact point, and it prompts me when to follow up with people again! It’s truly the smoothest way to run my business in the midst of my busy life with 2 kids under 2.

No way out
The App is an excellent way to keep track of customers, potential customers and conversations. You can also schedule follow ups. The monthly fee is affordable. However, there is NO WAY to discontinue the services. You are stuck with the monthly fee!
This app is a scam
I have spent hours trying to unsubscribe. I’m told I have to unsubscribe through iTunes but no where that I’m directed to has an unsubscribe option.

Get rid of scattered papers!
I am loving this app. I was old school needing papers everywhere..hard to keep track. With this app I am able to get rid of mountains of papers!! So easy to follow up with future customers!
Mediocre and very buggy
I have had it for one day. I can’t clear notifications (and appear to have multiples of the same messages)...as in it goes into a spastic refresh and I have to back out.
It did well importing contacts from multiple places but struggled a little to merge some (too a couple of attempts).
I like the ability to input details about conversations and for follow up, but don’t think it’s worth $20/month at this point. I will keep trying it for the next few weeks to see if the bugs are worked out.

Staying focused
I’ve been able to stay focused on my business and not get distracted by mindless scrolling. I get through my list quickly and then have time to get on with my life! Highly recommend

Best way to manage your business !
I don’t normally leave reviews, but this app is awesome. I can keep track of who I called, when I called, and what we last spoke about. Before, I had a mess of sticky notes. With this app I just search for the client’s name and review my notes regarding our previous conversation. This is so much easier than looking for that one sticky note regarding that one client (my desk is pretty messy). I also like how easy it was to download contact information from my social media accounts—this feature was pretty convenient. I have to say, I am pretty impressed, and I feel more organized.

Love this software!
Traktivity has organized both my business and personal reach outs. After trying several methods of dating and keeping track of reach outs, I have found traktivity to be the easiest and least time consuming way to stay in touch. The notes and training add to my productivity. I have it wherever I go via smartphone, iPad or computer. Definitely a winner!

Lots of possibilities
Brand new user so still some bugs to work out of it on my end. I watched the tutorial and have had some luck but have gotten stuck a couple of times. I can’t find anywhere to get help in real time. Hope they add this feature.
