Don’t know what we would have done without this watch
This watch helped us with peace of mind knowing it would let us know when my dad left his safe zones. It helped my mom get better sleep at night knowing we would be notified if dad left the house.
We got a few false alarms. But small price to pay for such a wonderful device.
They really did think of everything with simple look / buttons, locking wristband, and a list of call notifications if the first person doesn’t acknowledge it. Also their customer service is UNBELIEVABLY good!!!!

We purchased the watch for my father-in-law after he couldn’t find his way to the hospital to see his wife and couldn’t make his way to his home or ours. It was great being able to see where he was and call him on it when needed. It was a nice looking watch but on the larger side. The battery started giving trouble after about a year and a half. The company offered a discount on a replacement watch since the battery can’t be replaced. We limped along with it for another six months until we decided he didn’t need it any longer.

Great Product and Service
I was researching tracking devices for my mother who has dementia and has wondered away before. The Tranquil Watch really stood out to me because of the various functions it has. It really gave the family peace of mind knowing we would be informed if she left the designated area and that we could track her and even communicate with her through the watch. As far as customer service goes, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I had some questions before I made the purchase and all questions were promptly and thoroughly answered by Cyrus. After I received the watch I had a couple questions, and again, I received prompt and complete responses. If you are looking for a device that provides the alert, tracking and medical/emergency alert (and much more) I would recommend the Tranquil Watch.

This company provides the best customer service I have ever experienced.
They are patient, courteous, knowledgeable.

Beware
The company advertises risk free 30 day trial with refund, but I have had to file a credit card claim to try to get my refund. This after I had to send three emails to get the info for the return.
We needed to return because it was not tracking and it used the battery in less than 3 days. We tried troubleshooting and then they continued to try to have us troubleshoot despite our request to return.
They then informed us the watch can’t have any damage/scratches. It was worn for 3 days!!!
I sent a video of the watch without scratches. They deemed the watch too damaged to refund which I found very subjective.
Desperate, I thought that I’d use it as a basic watch but no that requires the $54/month cellular plan to even use the watch face.
They suggested that I try to sell the watch but why would I want another caregiver to have this incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience!
