Just wanted to tell you how much our family appreciates the Tranquil watch we purchased for my elderly mother with dementia. It has alerted us and led us right to her twice when she left her assisted living facility without their knowledge, the second time this week. Interestingly, she also wears a device belonging to the facility that is supposed to alert them if she tries to leave, but yesterday it failed to detect her exit. Fortunately she was wearing her Tranquil watch and it performed flawlessly. I was on my way home from the grocery store when my phone received an alert from the watch that she had left her safe zone. I quickly notified the assisted living facility and headed over, and the app showed me right where to find her (three blocks away). What a relief!

Great solution for a loved one that wanders
Highly recommend using the tranquil watch. The batter lasts a week, it is water resistent, so the band that locks on the wrist is an excellent solution to allow for continued independence. The alerts are helpful and the tracker gives the needed piece of mind. Great product.
Don’t know what we would have done without this watch
This watch helped us with peace of mind knowing it would let us know when my dad left his safe zones. It helped my mom get better sleep at night knowing we would be notified if dad left the house.
We got a few false alarms. But small price to pay for such a wonderful device.
They really did think of everything with simple look / buttons, locking wristband, and a list of call notifications if the first person doesn’t acknowledge it. Also their customer service is UNBELIEVABLY good!!!!

We purchased the watch for my father-in-law after he couldn’t find his way to the hospital to see his wife and couldn’t make his way to his home or ours. It was great being able to see where he was and call him on it when needed. It was a nice looking watch but on the larger side. The battery started giving trouble after about a year and a half. The company offered a discount on a replacement watch since the battery can’t be replaced. We limped along with it for another six months until we decided he didn’t need it any longer.

Great Product and Service
I was researching tracking devices for my mother who has dementia and has wondered away before. The Tranquil Watch really stood out to me because of the various functions it has. It really gave the family peace of mind knowing we would be informed if she left the designated area and that we could track her and even communicate with her through the watch. As far as customer service goes, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I had some questions before I made the purchase and all questions were promptly and thoroughly answered by Cyrus. After I received the watch I had a couple questions, and again, I received prompt and complete responses. If you are looking for a device that provides the alert, tracking and medical/emergency alert (and much more) I would recommend the Tranquil Watch.
