Quand je cherche à prendre contact avec l’équipe TransatPlan dans la messagerie de l’app j’ai un message d’erreur. Ça m’est arrivé il y a 2 semaines et à nouveau aujourd’hui : impossible de prendre contact avec son conseiller quand on rencontre un problème
Account doesnt want to accept my password!!!???
What happened? My account got blocked because my account was signed out without me doing it and was just trying sign in back using my password that was already made and no problem 3 weeks ago.
Good app, better than website
Since arrival of this app I have stopped using website since app is that good and easy to understand/use.
One thing that would make it even better would. Be remembering currency once it is changed. Currently when you login again, currency reverts to euros.
UI for selecting currency is also very weird.

Enfin! Quelques idees d’ameliorations
Merci de proposer enfin une app. Il faudrait ajouter de basculer facilement d’un compte à l’autre sans devoir se reconnecter. Il manque aussi la possibilité d’invoquer les gestionnaires de mots de passe à la connexion. Sinon tres bien.
