A serious step backwards, after having been used to HSBC. No means of depositing a cheque, and overall feels primitive

Frustrating and basic
I really hate using this app. I’ve lost count of the bugs (from the small and “how did they not fix this?” to the “this makes it unusable”). Menu bar shows I have 2 notifications - click on it, and there’s no indication in which of the next 10 options (accounts, documents, budget, profile, etc) the notifications are. Zero. Account doesn’t update to reflect purchases for days. Genuinely awful bugs like “oops, accessing your bank statements for that month isn’t available right now, please contact your advisor.” Makes me want to switch banks to one that’s in the 21st Century.
