Good service but the app need an update lol sometimes it logs me out randomly or when i book a ride all the info disappears if i scroll down to fill out other info. Also my friend tried to book a ride and it said « no available » something but when i search for the same destination on my phone i am able to see multiple availabilities…. Good concept but app is completely out of date and needs minor updates asap

Ça fait déjà 3 ou 4 fois que quand on prend un taxi il passe à côté de notre maison sans s’arrêter pour aller chercher d’autres personnes. Ça rajoute 40 minutes d’attente de plus pour rien et quand on leur demande de s’arrêter ils ne veulent pas parce que ils doivent « respecter » le parcours. Vous devez vraiment revoir vos points d’arrêts avec les taxi!

Unreliable
The on demand service is unfortunately terrible for a number of reasons. The cars never show up on time, and by never, I quite literally mean never, and in turn, you are unable to make it to your scheduled time and so have to book 10-40 minutes in advance of when you actually want to be there. As for the speed, they know they’ve showed up late. I have had to brace myself against the seat as drivers go at least 60 km/h over speed bumps. Additionally, the staff themselves aren’t the best. You either get people who are constantly talking on the phone with the volume full blast throughout the car, or someone with poor hygiene who will quite literally be picking in their ear the entire drive.

Buggy but useful
As useful as it is, the new transcollines app is incredibly buggy and has a very bad user experience, I think the idea behind the app is excellent but after the new app “revamp” it has gotten unbearable to use.
