Basic design needing upgrades
Only free to download, you have to have a paid subscription to use the app. It works but would be better if some features were better placed. For example, if the playback speed were on the screen where playback was it would be better than having to stop playback each time to go into settings to adjust.

Cannot cancel subscription
Features are good, but I cannot cancel my subscription. I see no option for account settings, where I should be able to cancel.

How do you import audio from other sources? Cannot figure it out for the life of me.

Hi Mmmoon5, To import audio from other apps, go to the other app (e.g., Voice Memos), select 'share' (often just an icon, a square box with an arrow) on the selected audio. From there you can choose 'Save to Transcribe' from the options. It is quite confusing I know, unfortunately this is only current way in iOS.
