Apple Watch recording is clutch

Run my own consulting business and im constantly on the move. Walking from the car to a client meeting and an idea hits, i just tap record on my watch and dump it. Syncs to my phone automatically and gets transcribed by the time I sit down at my desk. The widget on the home screen is also fire for quick voice memos. Action items get pulled out as cards which I can throw into my task manager. This app legit replaced like 3 other tools for me

Great for busy moms

I have 3 kids and somehow ended up running the school PTA which means endless meetings I have to remember details from. Started using this to record everything (with permission obviously). Love that I can just import voice memos from my phone or even forward audio from messages. The weekly digest is honestly so helpful, I get a quick recap of the week without scrolling through everything. Wish the subscription was a little cheaper but I get it, the AI stuff isnt free to run. Recommend to any parent juggling too much 👍

Saved my whole semester ngl

ok so i was failing my history class becuase i could never keep up taking notes during lectures. my friend told me about this and now i just hit record and actually pay attention in class. comes back and the whole lecture is there with timestamps. the search is what gets me tho, like i typed "french revolution causes" and it jumped straight to that part of the lecture from 3 weeks ago. didnt even remember which day we covered it. went from a C to a B+ on my last paper fr

Weekly digest is a lifesaver

Running a distributed team means back to back meetings all week. By friday I could barely remember what we discussed on monday. The weekly digest feature literally solved this for me, every sunday night I get a summary of all the meetings with action items pulled out. I forward relevant parts to my team and we actually follow through on things now. Also the dialog mode with speaker separation helps when I need to attribute something to a specific person in my notes.

Finally paperless depositions

As a paralegal I sit through long depositions and having accurate transcripts fast is everything. What sold me was the PII masking option, I can turn it on before sending anything through and sensitive names get covered. The key terms feature also helps a ton with legal jargon that other apps butcher. Exports clean to PDF which is what our office uses. Small gripe, the interface had a lot going on the first time I opened it, took me a day to figure out where everything lives. Past that, no complaints.

does what it says and then some

Got this for recording standups at work and ended up using it for everything. The action items thing is wild, it just pulls out all the tasks from a meeting and puts them on the home screen. saved me from forgetting stuff like 10 times already. dialog mode splits everyone up nicely too. only downside is sometimes when 4 of us talk over each other it gets a bit confused but honestly thats on us not the app

Ten catches is a solid number, that's pretty much the whole point of the action cards. And the standups-to-everything arc is honestly the best kind of review we could get. lifesaver for school

ok so im in my 3rd year of college and i record literally everything. this app has this search thing where you type a question like "what did the prof say about derivatives" and it actually finds it across all your recordings??? like not just the word but the actual meaning. i used to waste hours going thru audio. also you can import stuff from youtube which is huge when you miss a class. and the folders and tags help keep everything organized. been using it for 2 months solid

replaced otter and honestly dont miss it

downloaded this cuz otter was getting too expensive and wow. the real time assistant thing is crazy, was on a zoom call and it was literally showing me answers to questions my boss was asking before i even had time to think lol. also i pasted a youtube link of a training video and it transcribed the whole thing in like 5 min. the silence removal thing is cool too saves you minutes. only complaint is the app icon is kinda ugly ngl but thats about it

Можно улучшить

Добавьте пожалуйста возможность редактировать текст записи. Иногда приложение неправильно понимает слово(а) и хочется исправить чтобы было проще ориентироваться

12 часов конференции без проблем

Записала целый день конференции одним файлом, думала приложение повесится от такого объёма. А оно само разбило на части и всё обработало нормально. 12 с лишним часов! Потом через поиск нашла доклад про кибербезопасность который мне был нужен, не пришлось всё переслушивать. Раньше пользовалась otter ai но там с русским языком всё плохо, тут на порядок лучше

Потрясающий сервис!

Изначально давал негативный отклик, но команда очень оперативно вышла на связь и помогла решить проблему с авторизацией приложения на нескольких устройствах.
Само приложение - находка для протоколирования всевозможных совещаний, митингов и прочих коллов. Более того, очень удобно голосом наговаривать заметки и планы, а приложенька всё это структурирует нужным тебе образом в текст. Крайне рекомендую!!

Дайджест за неделю топ

У меня по 3-4 созвона в день, к пятнице уже не помню что в понедельник обсуждали. Подключил еженедельный дайджест и теперь каждую неделю прилетает сводка по всем записям. Прям как отчет, коротко и по делу. Показал коллегам - двое уже тоже скачали)) единственное хотелось бы выбирать день когда дайджест приходит а не только по умолчанию, но это мелочь

Не работает импорт по ссылке

Втф, ВК и ВК-видео ничего не загружается - ни видео, ни рилс - ни по ссылке, ни через кнопку поделиться в приложение (transcribe даже не добавляется в список вариантов приложений для этих файлов из ВК). Ну типа в заявке от разработчика «любые файлы из любых источников», а по факту - нет

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за обратную связь. На данный момент Transcribe поддерживает импорт из YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Pinterest и RuTube. К сожалению, поддержка VK и VK Видео не предусмотрена. Как альтернатива — вы можете сохранить видео из VK на устройство и затем импортировать файл напрямую в приложение. Будем рады, если приложение окажется полезным!

Honestly, I downloaded this just for transcribing notes, but the AI Assistant feature is insane. I tested it during a mock interview, and it picked up the questions and suggested answers almost instantly. It’s like having a second brain right next to you. The latency is super low, and the answers are actually relevant. Highly recommend if you have a lot of Zoom calls!

В разы лучше того, что пробовал до.
Простой интерфейс и разработчик на связи - пофиксили за пару часов баг по прошивке на старые iOS. Еще есть всякие фишки которыми надо научиться пользоваться. В общем - рекомендую.

Норм тема с бонусами

Пока не готова покупать полную подписку, так как пользуюсь не каждый день. Но система с ежедневной бонусной минутой - прикольная тема. Захожу, собираю, а когда надо короткую заметку перевести в текст - использую накопленное. Распознает быстро, русский язык понимает хорошо, даже если говорю быстро.

Здорово, что вы заходите, накапливаете минуты и используете их, когда вам это действительно нужно. Отдельное спасибо за высокую оценку скорости и качества распознавания русского языка. Кстати, если вам когда-нибудь понадобится расшифровать что-то более длинное, но подписка по-прежнему будет не нужна, у нас есть разовые пакеты минут. Для рабочих встреч

Искал что-то, чтобы вытащить текст из записи зум-колла (было видео экрана). Закинул видеофайл прямо сюда, приложение само достало аудио и перевело в текст. Удобно, что есть разделение по спикерам, каша в тексте бывает редко. Отдельный плюс за то, что всё хранится локально, для рабочих встреч под NDA это критичный момент.

Удобно клеить аудио

Приложение добротное. Часто бывает, что случайно нажимаю стоп вместо паузы, и получается куча мелких файлов. Тут их можно склеить в один и уже потом отправить на расшифровку. Качество текста на выходе хорошее, знаки препинания расставляет почти везде правильно. Интерфейс не перегружен, разобрался за пару минут.
