Big loss
I sampled an interview with this app. At the end of the interview I hit the blue arrow button at the bottom. That button is the only button that looks as if it will take you to an export feature.
Instead I was taken to a paywall. Fine. I paid 9.99 to get my interview. If it worked I keep paying the 9.99.
Not a chance. It deleted the transcription as soon as soon as I hit the blue arrow. No restoration once I paid. Nothing.
This app is a liability.

I bought this app with the expectation that it would transcribe audio files. I even purchased the 25 hour service when I went to upload a file that was approximately two hours long. It told me that the file cannot be any longer than 30 minutes when people are transcribing, very rarely that they have a file that is under 30 minutes long, and especially if youβre buying a larger amount of hours for the service. I have literally wasted my money.
