Transcribe keeps failing
I get I get an error on every file. I try to transcribe stating “cannot read from server”
The only option for support is to send an email no support topics no error message due to base no knowledge base. I guess I will wait and see if someone gets back to me.
For the record, I converted the audio file to four different file types to see if that was the issue. I also saved it to four different places. I get the same message on everything.
