Transcribe keeps failing

I get I get an error on every file. I try to transcribe stating “cannot read from server”
The only option for support is to send an email no support topics no error message due to base no knowledge base. I guess I will wait and see if someone gets back to me.

For the record, I converted the audio file to four different file types to see if that was the issue. I also saved it to four different places. I get the same message on everything.

Not working

Every time I try to upload a video the app does absolutely nothing. I’ve tried shutting down the app and restarting and nothing. Waste of $

Doesn’t work

I had to pay $7.99 for the week immediately I tried to edit a video and it will not even load the video or do anything with it. I just wasted money and I want a refund.
