What a brilliant app, I used to be looking up timetables every time I took a journey, plus I’d be stood at the bus stop wondering if it was going to turn up?
Now I can actually see how far away the bus is and I can leave the house accordingly

Transdev Go allows me to use my bus pass for any bus in Lancashire which allows me to get around where I need to go

Quite why in this day and age you have to select different areas to be able to see all the buses that go through my area is ridiculous.
Should just be 1 area with all providers buses listed.
I'm a DBA for a living, you should be able to search across all providers on 1 search.

Setting a default of planning a journey from the current location would be useful rather than entering the nearest stop which may not be evident. This is used on most bus planning apps and used to be available on your previous version

You should be able to start with ‘my location’ not have to find a street and type it in.
Disappointing.
Unreliable & poor information given.
Step backwards
Despite this format of the app being out for a while now it still isn’t anywhere near as user friendly as the old app which was a lot easier to use and navigate, less prone to glitches and crashes while also giving the user a lot more information. Since the roll out of this format I have only ever felt it to be a step backwards. It works but that’s the only positive thing I can say about it.
