Absolutely love it perfect for if ur using buses everyday
There’s not Work with VoiceOver screen reader
My partner and I are blind and rely on VoiceOver an Apple screen reader tool. This app is completely incompatible with VoiceOver. Nothing speaks out absolutely disgusting in this day and age how somebody can develop an app and not test it with software essential to blind people sort yourself out.

The app is not good
The plan your journey section of the app is not good. It tells you to walk to another bus stop even though you entered the closes bus stop to you.
Coastliner bus
I can’t even tell if the Coastliner bus is moving or not on this app it used to be good Before the bus company updated it used to show Buses moving now I can’t tell I would like it to show bus moving like before I would appreciate it many thanks
Single decker was stupid
We were waiting for the 843 to York and Leeds with a very long queue then a single decker bus turned up which quickly filled up and full of standing as well leaving all the old and fragile ones having to wait an hour for the next bus this is ridiculous and unacceptable

Congrats to TransDev for replacing a useful app with a potato a few years ago.
Now we're allegedly getting a new app. Here's hoping it is made by different people and actually works, unlike the current app.
And made sure the new app keeps pestering you to login, because nothing is better than a needy public service.
As for the current app.... it was bottom of the barrel when it was introduced and years later, its the same. An app made by people who do not understand how people use the apps on their journey. An app by people who probably never commuted by bus or relied on a bus service.

No Monthly Ticket For Manchester?
What’s the reason for removing the monthly ticket option for Greater Manchester? No problem for other areas but you also have no problem bussing your customers from Burnley into Manchester and helping them save money.

Amazing news that this awful app is to be replaced with a new app from the old provider - the old app was perfect and it’ll be great see the improvements and once again be able to use the Transdev Go app.
ticket issue
be carefull when you buy your ticket. it says the ticket available in al yokshire but it appears only valid special parts. kinda scam

Brilliant!
What a brilliant app, I used to be looking up timetables every time I took a journey, plus I’d be stood at the bus stop wondering if it was going to turn up?
Now I can actually see how far away the bus is and I can leave the house accordingly
