Terrible support
The game is fun. But it’s a “pay to win” type of game. But even that isn’t the issue. The support team will take OVER A WEEK to reply.
I’ve spent more than a couple hundred dollars on my account. Stopped playing and looking to get back into it. Requested a recovery code over a week ago and still no response.
Space ape was the original developer. They had their flaws but at least they replied within 24hrs.
The new company “Yodon” is destroying the game wanting money for everything and offering no responses when needed. Considering requesting all my purchases back from iTunes

Lost Everything :(
Reminder to save the account restoration code before switching devices, like a screenshot or something. Spent a heck of a lot of time and funds on this game because I love it, only to lose everything once I swapped devices even though I connected it to Apple's Game Center. I really want to give a higher rating, but this is a huge blip for me :(

I lost everything I paid for you
After playing the game for almost two years and reaching HQ 18, I had to take a break due to real life. When I logged back in, everything was gone. I spent $500 or more on this. You’re stealing from people. What I paid for should be permanent. You guys are thieves.

I don’t know why my game keeps not loading & this is probably my 5th account I don’t know. The game is repetitively awesome.

Gameplay
Its good but only thing is that there isnt Lot of mode and story to play also no one ever attack you
Needs more feature.... like gifting team members who needs help. Gift bots thats not needed, stocks
More feature and way to get top stars bots. Other than than, game play is epic and each bots come with specialty that makes them unphaseable
Better developer
I’ve been playing for 10 years and from time to time the previous developers have nerfed several characters. We all thought that was happening again but when the smoke cleared they actually made one better. Good guys.
What a comeback
I’ll admit I’m not too happy starting from scratch but there’s so much power and opportunity to grow! I ultimately decided to join the autobots, already I have a good collection and there’s an active community! I can’t wait to see what else I unlock after all these years.

I played this app for like three years and now I re-downloaded it and it gave me a brand new account even though I wanted my old one and now it won’t give me back my old one so maybe just keep the app downloaded
Upgrades and bot research
I really enjoy playing Transformers: Earth Wars, but there are two things that I think should be improved.
First, when I’m researching a bot to the next level, the game doesn’t notify me when the research is finished. I have to log back into the game to find out that it’s done. It would be much more convenient if the game sent a notification when bot research was completed.
Second, the Stasis Mine doesn’t seem to notify me when its upgrade is finished like the other upgrades do. It would be great if it had the same completion notification as the other buildings.
These may seem like small things, but having consistent upgrade and research notifications would make the game much more convenient and enjoyable. Hopefully these features can be added in a future update!
