No features
This app does not have any features to plan a future trip. I’m also trying to plan that trip from a certain location not my current location. Turning off location services doesn’t seem to help much.
Unreliable
The amount of times the app has shown a bus to not have arrived yet, only for it to have already passed. It’s unbelievable. It’s so much easier to pull up your bus route website and check the live route information for accurate information. I tried this app for about a month and missed 4 different busses, all 4 this app showed the bus to not have arrived yet

On time!
Great app easy to use.
A little too aggressive
While in general I like this app for day to day functions, I find it too aggressive at times in trying to push bus times when it even remotely thinks you might miss a connection. Most of the time I don’t but it’s automatic toss you to the next scheduled pick is an overly annoying feature that’s unwanted and unasked for!

App will claim transit is running late when you are, even if it isn’t.
One of the basic use cases for an app like this, particularly when it doesn’t tell you a schedules only current expected times, is ‘if I leave now, will I make my ride, or should I wait for the next one?’ This App will tell you that you will make it, even if you won’t. The result is a downgrade from our prior system which sent out text messages when transit was running late.

App glitches
So basic the app let you know where the bus is at, but then the bus stays frozen in one place and it disappears popping back up further then it appears.
Major drawbacks
Its biggest problem is that it doesn’t seem to integrate temporary route changes when you’re using it to get somewhere. About 1 in 8 to 10 trips it acts like everything is normal but the bus just pulls over and dumps everyone off somewhere unexpected.
Time and accessibility problem
This app doesn't even show which bus will arrive soon. Can you guys just fix it it please?
Hard to navigate the app
I’ve used dozens of navigation apps for public transportation in Europe and even their worst ones even though they look poor are easier to navigate than this one. The app looks amazing, but I feel like I’m trying to navigate a confusing video game.

The wait tomes for the busses in my area are not reflective of reality. Bus delays are posted as on time arrivals and departures for delayed busses.
Bus route
Dosnt say if there’s a delay like Google map says.I wonder if I should uninstall this app and go with Google map like my friend does we both said when the bus is coming he use Google map when I was using the Transit.Subway &Bus times and Google map won they were right on point with the bus delay
Very helpful
Perfect for getting around major cities and working county transit lines and keeping up with delays and route changes i used this everyday to get to school on time!
Fix the issues in the app
Says bus will come in a certain time then would show that you missed the bus and the icon disappears from the screen causing people to miss the bus around my area

Constantly glitching
How am I supposed to get places on time when the map is giving me inconvenient routes and glitching. It’s telling me I’m on the wrong bus so I get off and when I get off all of a sudden it was the correct bus and I have to uber. Terrible and constantly glitching.

Given the amount of nonprofit and public collateral that has gone into building the audience of this app, the recent rug pull to make some transit detail “royale only” reeks of scammery.
