I’ve used this app for about 10 years, it’s functional but I’ve always found it hard to navigate. The structuring of the views is counterintuitive. The magnifying glass button opens the list of all routes. It kinda doesn’t feel like there’s a Home Screen. I’m always sort of confused about switching directions from the same stop. My criticisms aren’t that specific but I’ve always just found that the UX doesn’t really align with modern trends. I find myself thinking hard before I press any button.

Times are off
The app should help you with the scheduled time but it’s inconsistent with its timing either it’s early or late needs to be better
Smith
It’s not correct
literally crapped out on me and stopped working completely ??????
Their servers is always down
The times shown are not accurate. Times kept changing and trains did not show up when shown in the app.
Love the app would be a lot better if the bus number was attached to the estimated time of arrival!
Accurate and on time
Excellent information. Tells me when the 65 grand is NOT going to show up.
Nice App, saves me time from waiting in freezing 🥶 🌨️ cold.👍👍👍❤️
Cta is Phked especially by the Illinois Medical District on the Ogden side, there’s always some one parked in the bike lab early in the morning… probably selling drugs to cta employees… always see person with a small duffel bag walking in and out of the station.
Muy mal servicio y quieren aumentar el pasaje
I would give this app 5 stars but for one thing. I wish when you favorited a bus stop it contained both directions in one entry so you could just flip between them instead of having both directions clutter my favorites.
Installed twice. Doesnt work (ios 18)
This app needs a lot of help. It’s difficult to get to the information you need, especially if you are trying to plan a trip. Also, too much advertising.
The beginning of certain stops are wildly inconsistent and change on a dime. Mostly on first and second stops of a route. It makes it impossible to time correctly if you live near that. Really inconvenient in bad weather. The X9 Ashland is the worst.
Often the green line train to downtown at 63rd and Halsted would say approaching in less than one minute and then the train would never show up. We would have to wait until the southbound train went all the way to Ashland and then 7 to 11 minutes. come back to 63rd and Halsted going downtown. Trains that only happens on the southside.

Great App. Sometimes updates on ghost busses/trains can be frustrating, but the app does help me find alternatives. I dig it👌🏽
