Mislabeled the entire meeting, attributed the wrong speaker to people with incredibly distinct voices, but with that feature turned off, produced a “good enough” block of text for another AI system to appropriately parse and correct.
I will give it another try, because support was helpful and responded quickly, next time I have something to transcribe - and update my review.
