Not Worth $9.99 a Week for a pre-installed app
The app is free to download, but the only feature that is actually free to use is English-to-Spanish translation. Every other tool requires a subscription. The listing gives the impression that there are multiple free features available, but that was not my experience.
After reading other reviews, it appears many users have raised the same concern and continue to receive the same generic response instead of any meaningful changes or clarification. This doesn't appear to be an issue that's being addressed.
Charging $9.99 per week for AI chat is also difficult to justify when similar AI services, including free versions of ChatGPT available online, can be used without paying. If the only usable feature without a subscription is English-to-Spanish translation, that should be made clear before users download the app so people know exactly what they're getting

Makes life easier
Being in Mexico with my buddies who don’t speak English and I text back-and-forth this makes it so much easier being able to speak your text in English, then press one button and translate to Spanish. Best option in an app that I’ve seen for a very long time.

The app works ok. However even when you cancel the subscription they continue to charge you and refuse to refund.

This app doesn’t work
I bought this app while in South America, hoping it would translate the World Cup games, and help me communicate with the locals. It couldn’t “hear” the television, even when we increased the volume considerable. It couldn’t “hear” the person I was trying to have a conversation with. I’ve asked Apple for a refund, but they tell me this transaction is not eligible. DON’T buy this app!!

The ads say that you can use this with WhatsApp, but once you download the application and pay for it, there are no instructions on how to use WhatsApp with it when you open WhatsApp, you don’t see any indication of this app
Good - But Annoying!
It’s a decent translation app, but EVERY 5 minutes or so, I get a pop-up saying “enjoying the app? Rate us” or something like that, and when I’m trying to copy a message I translated and this pop-up shows up, it freezes the entire app ON THE POP-UP screen -_- and it’s extremely annoying because the only way to unfreeze the app and get the pop-up to go away is by completely exiting the app and re-booting it. I have to repeat this process MULTIPLE TIMES in the span of an hour just to be able to copy/paste/translate anything. It’s highly annoying and inconvenient!!!! Thus, I have given it a 3 out of 5 star rating 💀 PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!

Unusable in China
I got this to translate conversations in China but it did not work. It was completely unusable.

completely locked behind a pay wall. you wanna translate a single message of yours straight from your keyboard? go ahead! but you can only use it once until you have to pay. don’t download, just try other apps.
