About

■ What is TranslateChat? A chat app that breaks through the language barrier. You write in your language — the other person reads it in theirs. Send "Good morning!" in English, and your friend in Thailand sees it in Thai, your colleague in Japan in Japanese. Replies work the same way: a message written in their native language arrives in yours. No more copy-pasting into a translator app. *TranslateChat is an invitation-only app. Signing up requires an invitation code from an existing user. ■ Features - Auto-translating chat (22 languages) English, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Chinese and more — 22 languages in total. View the original text with one tap. - Group chat Everyone joins in their own language. Even in a family group where three languages fly around, each member reads and writes in their mother tongue. - Photo & file sharing Travel photos or work documents — send them as they are. - Stickers & emoji When words aren't enough, send a feeling. - Voice input & read-aloud Speak to send, listen to receive. No typing skills needed. - Voice & video calls The chat stays visible during calls, so anything you didn't catch by ear can be checked as text. Toggle the camera anytime. Incoming calls appear on your lock screen. ■ Who is it for? - Staying in daily touch with friends, family or a partner overseas - International couples, near or far - Working with colleagues or customers who speak another language - Language learners chatting casually with native speakers TranslateChat is an invitation-only app. You can sign up with an invitation code from a family member or friend who already uses it. All you need is the code and an email address — and every basic feature is free. ■ Real-world connections only There are no strangers on TranslateChat. Signing up requires an invitation from an existing user, and adding someone to your contacts requires mutual approval. Family, friends, and the people they introduce — a private chat space that grows the same way real life does. ■ Safety - Report inappropriate content; we act within 24 hours - Hide or block unwanted users - Call audio and video are never stored on our servers ■ Supported languages (22) Japanese / English / Chinese (Simplified) / Chinese (Traditional) / Korean / Thai / Vietnamese / Indonesian / Malay / Filipino / Burmese / Hindi / Spanish / Portuguese / French / German / Italian / Dutch / Russian / Turkish / Polish / Arabic Now, go beyond the language barrier and talk to the one you've been meaning to talk to.
