Efficient
I generally find Translatium to be an efficient application. The translations are very similar to Google Translate. Some minor AI foibles, but insufficient to alter my overall opinion.

The transliteration needs some work
I like the fact that for languages such as Hebrew, which are written in another alphabet, that they also give a transliteration of the Hebrew word. This helps in pronunciation, as Hebrew is a written language that doesn’t use vowels, when written, except when teaching new speakers. However, I’ve noticed a lot of errors in it, even with my rudimentary knowledge of the language. For instance, the Hebrew word Hah-im was written as Ham and when I asked a question like Do you like it, madam, it conjugated the male form, even though I was asking a woman. “ham ata(ottah) ohev et ze gvarti?” It should be Hah-im at(ot) ohevet et ze gvarti? האם אתה אוהב את זה, גברתי? I’m not sure if it should be gveret, as would normally be the word for madam, or miss. So, it does need some work. In the Hebrew alphabet, it appears to be correct. After rereading the Hebrew, it appears that they also used the wrong gender to conjugate the sentence. משמעוּת (mishmah-oot) which means “meaning” you translated as mishmawta. When I didn’t use the dot next to the letter vav, you translated it as mishmash-ot, but it isn’t.

This is my go to translator. Easy to use and it works fast translating texts. Liked how it also provided the audio to hear and follow along the texts being translated and the translated texts. Thanks for this excellent app.
I love Translatium
I’ve tried several translation apps and Translatium is by far the easiest and most comprehensive. No ads, simple to use, and it often offers multiple definitions and synonyms. It’s rare for Translatium to come up empty-handed on a word (occasionally it does for obscure or archaic words). I’ve been using it for several months now for my French classes.

I’ve generally found Translatium to be an efficient application to correct my poor Mandarin. There are some hang-up’s but insufficient to alter my opinion.
Disappointment
Why no option to draw a hànzì (汉字) chinese character and come up with the correct printed chinese equivalent, the pinying and the translation? Unless they fix that I can’t recommend it and I’m out of here and so should anyone who read this!!
Seems pretty good
Early days using Translatium, but generally it works well and I’m avoiding Google and Microsoft products while using it. It’s more limited than the Big Tech alternatives but a penalty I can live with that to avoid being ’the product’ sold to advertisers.
