Terrible translator. It worked two times and stopped working. Reboot, reinstall of the app , nothing works. Not a good device
Don’t waste your money
Just get the earbuds or a translator app for your phone. You have to have your phone on and the app opened to even use this device. Waste of time. To have to hold your phone and this large device.
I was prematurely bummed by the download process. Now I’m pleased.
Wouldn’t initially connect to the app to download and then was very spotty getting to be recognized by my phone’s bluetooth. Took lots of frustrating tries but once downloaded and connected to bluetooth worked great. Need persistence but worth it,

It works!
I received the device as a gift, but after reading so many poor reviews, I was skeptical. However, the app is excellent, and connecting it was easy. I tried it in Spanish and Italian, and it works as advertised. And I'm 80 years old! So far, I would recommend this device.
Waste of money
I’ve been trying to connect for 30mins and not nothing.

Lo compré hace años y no sirvió para nada ,ahora lo recién retomo descargo la app y no sirve para nada, en aquellos tiempos me costo $80 +- cada uno, compré tres, ahí están guardados,no le doy menos estrellas porque no se puede

Worst technical support
The technical support couldn’t help me pair the device. The device doesn’t work with the application. The application is out of date, and I have two devices do not purchase the worst investment. You can have false advertisement.

C’est très mauvais comme application ça ne fonctionne pas si t’a pas internet
Le nom Bluetooth n’est pas le bon
Le nom Bluetooth attendu par l’app semble être ENENCE mais celui qui apparaît et qui est pairé par l’iPhone est V5 (l’appareil dit « Bluetooth connected » !) un V5_BLE apparaît également dans la liste mais impossible de se connecter dessus. L’app ne fonctionne pas et ne dépasse pas le stade du test de la touche « Me ». La Faq ou les forums n’aident en rien.

Everything is installed. Device is paired. All features enabled. All permissions are granted. The device still will not communicate with the app. Complete waste of money and time. Just throw it away and chalk it up to experience.

JUST LIKE SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE you can’t get it to WORK and you GET No help TO make it work
Disappointing
Why would I want to have my phone always on and the app always open to use the translator? Nonsense
