Stay with Duolingo

It’s buggy and the French pronunciation is terrible , laughable in some cases. I bought the facebook hype and now wish I’d stayed with Duolingo. I won’t be renewing and will not be swayed by the bs advertising on meta.

Intransparent und voller Upselling

Der Refund-Prozess ist viel zu versteckt und unnötig kompliziert. Kaum hatte ich das Abo abgeschlossen, wurden mir direkt mindestens fünf weitere kostenpflichtige Erweiterungen angeboten, die man angeblich ebenfalls unbedingt benötigt. Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass das eigentliche Abo bewusst unvollständig gehalten wird. Auf mich wirkt dieses Geschäftsmodell höchst unseriös.

Brilliant Customer Service

This is a great app and has been very useful as I try to learn German. I’ve recently had cause to contact customer services, they were excellent. So helpful. I highly recommend using this company to learn a language.
