dreadful bill pay
I canceled several automatic bill pays I set up, I got the message “you have no pending payments” only to have the automatic payments mysteriously rise from the dead a month later, send out money, zero out the account, and the credit union and their bill pay cronies deny any and all responsibility.
Much improved
The new app has great features such as seeing all my accounts and being able to disable my debit and credit cards as needed.
Nothing ever works
After TFCU moved to their new banking system itsme247 nothing.ever.works. Horrendous customer experience. I have a loan with TFCU which I’m paying out of the checking acct from another bank. After TFCU moved to itsme247 I had to re-setup the monthly payment two times and three months later it’s still not working. I call every month for another round of troubleshooting, which leads to them saying that my other bank hasn’t processed the payment which. On the TFCU portal I can’t do something simple as transfer money from my other bank to TFCU. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! Everyone is nice on the phone but clueless about solving this issue.

Won’t open with new TFCU system update
App used to work for me with the latest iOS updates. However, since TransFCU changed their web based platform, the app no longer works.
Would be nice to transfer funds when away from the home which I always thought was the purpose of an app

Not easily designed
For an app that is created to assist clients with their finances it is HORRIBLE! The app is not easy to navigate, it’s extremely outdated, there is often app failures, it is just overall bad service
Like the website, app is unusable.

This app no longer works on my iPhone. I’ve tried to open the app and it will not launch. It just crashes. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Now I have to use a computer to access my accounts. It needs to be updated so that’s it’s compatible with the latest version of IOS.

The app isn’t updated at all and it’s just not efficient anymore. It’s very old and needs for IOS 13 or any of the latest IOS updates. The app doesn’t even fit my entire screen and it doesn’t move smoothly anymore. If I need to do anything with my money I basically have to physically take myself to the bank, there’s already so few locations. I rely on banking apps to do fast and efficient transactions but also check on how I am doing financially. Please update this app.

Problems with logged in
I changed my password several times for the last two weeks and continue to get a message password invalidated. Talked to Credit Union staff and they continue to say im something doing wrong. So I can say only get my balance from Dottie.
Very unstable
2020-01-11 update: Even more unstable than before. And this app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. The UX is awful. Please replace this app.
Crashes 4 times before it loads. Then it fails to update or login about 50% of the time, starting the cycle all over again. Please take the time fix this app.
Update: Today, 2018-12-28, there is a warning on the TFCU website that Mobile Access is down. Yet there is no such warning in the App. Some error reporting would be a great additional feature.

This app is garbage
I seem to have trouble every time I log in. This piece of garbage never remembers my log in info, locks me out on a weekly basis, and I have to change passwords every time I use it. TransFCU is in denial and always tells me to log in to their web based platform on a browser. What’s the point of having an app then???!!!! Get it together man!

iOS 11 Compatibility
I’ve always enjoyed the convenience of accessing my account via the mobile app. However, since the iOS upgrade the app repeatedly crashes.
It's always down.
Love the new look. But the app is always down. Which sometimes makes it easier to get an overdraft fee.
Needs Work
When you do a mobile deposit the app re-adjusts the camera and makes it hard to capture the check . It appears to be a glitch
