Horrible experience

Absolutely horrible first impression! Does any of this actually work? I came from Coursera on iPad which was flawless. The only reason I tried on the Mac was to download the zip files and I canโ€™t actually get to them. I will not be using this application on my Mac any more. Horrible experience. If could give zero stars I would have.
