Misleading, unresponsive, unprofessional
Misleading Admission & Last-Minute Cancellation
I had a very poor experience with UpGrad.
I enrolled around end of October for a Data Analytics & Generative AI course after being assured by my counselor that I was eligible. I clearly mentioned that I am a working professional. I was pressured to complete the admission immediately due to “limited slots.”
I paid ₹10,000 as admission fee and ₹89,000 as course fee via a 6-month no-cost EMI. My documents were verified, I attended introductory sessions, and even received an offer letter. My course was scheduled to start on 31st December.
Just two days before the start date, I received an email saying they can no longer proceed with my application, offering only a ₹10,000 refund.
If I was not eligible, this should have been identified before admissions, verification, onboarding, and EMI initiation. My counselor is now unresponsive, which makes the situation worse.
This experience was misleading and extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and get everything in writing before enrolling.

Not working on iOS
The app was recently updated and now no longer works on iOS
Great course ML and AL
I was introduced by my friend who completed this course before me, a great course which introduces the student to learn the basics and the advance topics of ML and AL, this course is structured in such a way even the laymen can become an expert
It’s handy but can be improved.
Allow us to download the completed sessions or course videos. That will help to listen to video whilst we are off the internet.
