I trust this message finds you well. I’m writing to share my feedback on the Emeritus app, which I accessed through the ISB Leadership with AI program.
While the content is commendable, I’ve encountered several challenges that have impacted my overall experience:
1. App Crashes: The app consistently crashes, affecting the fluidity of usage.
2. Lesson Stalling: Initiating a lesson often leads to the app getting stuck at various chapters, hindering a smooth learning experience.
3. Offline Access: The absence of an offline download feature limits accessibility, especially in areas with unreliable internet connections.
Despite repeated attempts, the user interface (UI) experience remains unsatisfactory. I appreciate your attention to these concerns and look forward to improvements that can enhance the overall usability of the Emeritus app.

Back handed motive.
Just let the video play. I listen and do my morning routine, it’s annoying to have to click to listen to the next video.
I am not going yo share your content unless I wanted to. Stop asking. Let the video play. Really annoying!

Good quality content and app, some improvements needed
Quality of content is brilliant and well laid out. A small improvement:
1) ability to select and add courses and books to list, such “My courses” or “My campus” so if you like something f you can add it and then come back to it later. The only way to keep track is to start a course
2) interesting webinar are put on but is there a way that people register can then listen / watch recording or explore them from webinar directory?

Dear User, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Here's a quick update on your suggestions: 1. The feature to be able to add books/videos to "My List" is under the development phase and it should be up & running by next week. 2. Currently, the webinar recordings are not sharable. However, we have communicated this suggestion to the relevant team to take the same into consideration.
