Bug Galore
Horrible app compared to the original. Having more issues then ever and just get told by support that “we are the only company with issues so it must be us”
Needs bug fix : Important
We have been using Transvirtual from over an year now. Shifted from Old app to this new Application. It looks more refined, however, needs some important bugs fix.
1) On the web portal if we enter pick up time 12:00pm then on the drivers app, the pick up time shows 2:30am ..
2) Once a pickup is completed, it would also complete the delivery leg as well and then have to reassign the delivery to the driver.
