I love this app and the convenience it allows with banking needs. My only issue is not being able to see intransit transactions within the app. When using Bill Pay there is always a day where you cannot see transactions. The transactions are no longer seen on the Scheduled tab in Bill Pay and also are not seen on the Account History screen. All transactions need to be visible in a Pending stage on the History screen for complete transparency and accounting purposes. It would be great if this issue could be addressed in your next update.

I really don't enjoy this banking app. It does the basics but isn't helpful when I need detailed information about transactions and I can't add new payees for bill pay. I also bank with Chase and find their app to be far superior and more user friendly.

Great app that does all you need to manage your finances. Have been treated very nicely by Transwest and they have done an amazing job with this app. Perhaps needs a sleeker design but operates well.

Like the app and although its capabilities are not as great as some banks, I am very happy with the progress TWCU has made so far. Miles ahead of other credit unions! LOVE the mobile deposit!!!
