Missing purchases and subscriptions!!
How about fixing the app so all my mags from my previous annual subscriptions are downloadable again?? I’m sick to death of paying for virtual magazines on iTunes, when subscriptions and historical items purchased are not honoured or transferred whenever the app has been updated or taken over by another company!! I will never buy another magazine again unless my purchases are honoured and restored. And you wonder why people refuse to pay for things in the digital era??!!!

Ripped me off!
Subject says it all...subscribed and got literally nothing except for a smaller bank statement, fraudulent app does nothing with no maintenance since 2014. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
Subscription not working!
I bought a subscription from you guys a while back. I should have at least four issues right now I have 1 in my library, even after refreshing it. Its saying I need to buy the other ones. Please fix. Thanks.

The latest version of this app is from 2014.
It is not meant to be read on an iPad mini.
Fonts are really tiny.
But the crazy part is that it's february 10th and still there is no january issue...
They are active on social networks but no one answers me when I asked about it.
Am I the only crazy old dude that still wants a magazine?

Won't restore old purchases

Grindmedia created the worst app ever
I am a big fan of Transworld Snowboarding and have been one for over 15 years. The magazines are great.
However this app is just badly coded. Everytime it opens, you have to restore purchases. Its buggy. When a new issue is out, you can't find it. This app is just frustratingly not working

Sept issue weeks late
It's September 4th and the Sept issue still isn't here?
Poor form for existing subscribers
Having had an online subscription for 2 or 3 years, it is pretty poor form to force people to download a new app, and then jump thru hoops to get a refund of transfer the subscription. Seems like a money grab
I got hosed!
Now I know why tws hasn't uploaded any new magazines to their "old" app. Strong recommendation to any one thinking of subscribing don't waste your money. Total BS that any outstanding subscriptions will not be honoured here! Still had 2 issues to go till my renewal came up on their other app. To sum up, no customer support, and you might just get ripped off. Wish there was some recourse for this!
