I have a subscription and it is probably my fault but I haven’t been able to get into the issues. I also thought my subscription since it was digital included prior issues.

Paid subscription always defunct in their app

I’ve had a subscription for over 10 years, but have to reach out repeatedly about my issues not working in the app. It’s frustrating.

Tea Time

No help in restoring app for almost 2 months. Subscription renews in 2025. Missing years of magazine past 2018. This magazine should be able to hire techs who can correct this app and give their loyal customers what they pay for. Instead we get frustration in having to contact them to restore-or no help this time. No way and no need with technology today to treat your customers!

How does the subscription work?

The subscription includes the current issue and all subsequently published future issues. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. However, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
