Glitches all the time

Me and my boyfriend love to play this game however, every time we do it freezes up and glitches and kicks us out or just freezes and we can’t get back in. We’ve restarted the phone we’ve reinstalled the app we’ve done everything and it continues to do it every time I would love for this game to get fixed.
