I felt lost
I’ve felt so alone and lost on this journey. It has been so hard to be on it with my children as well and there’s been a ton of anxiety in trying to do what’s right for myself and for them all while navigating the after effects of abuse. I cried watching the intro videos because I finally felt like I’m not alone!

My one star review is not evaluating the content of the app, because I can’t access any of the content. It just never gets past a gray screen with three dots on it.

Excellent resource at your fingertips
This app is a resource for all mamas who are or have experienced trauma. Helps by providing hotlines and websites for DV/abuse info in your own country and a way to tell if your current resources are good ones or not! There are also awesome levels in the app for providing more resources and encouragement for your trauma mama journey.

Excellent for all stages
Whether you’ve just begun to wonder what’s going on in your relationship or you’ve been in the trenches of it for many years as I have, this app is thought provoking to look at it in truth. I felt like I’d entered a safe and calm space just for women, like someone had wrapped their arm around me, listened, valued, and says let’s find the light together. Holding women, helping them feel heard, and helping them find the way while lifting off all the burdensome shame. I haven’t found a more understanding, more knowledgeable and more advocating soul than Sarah’s. You will feel held, feel heard, and glean many gems for your path to safety here.

This app is a valuable tool for women living through intimate betrayal trauma and abusive. It is informative, supportive, and caring.
TraumaMAMAs
As a survivor of sex trafficking and sexual grooming and abuse in the faith community as well as a whistleblower of church abuse, I was isolated and lost trying to navigate my recovery. It was dangerous and almost impossible but with Jesus I made it. Finding Sarah, the founder and creator of TraumaMAMAS has given me so much hope of making things easier and less isolating for other women.
I am very honored and excited to announce that I have been one of a select few trauma survivors chosen to be on the WILD Launch Team to help women abused in the faith community with healing.
There are some cutting edge and brand new tools, resources, support and creative help specifically tailored for us and our struggles, coming very soon to help women who are or have had abuse in the faith community.
This is great news for the Churches as well to be able to offer something helpful to victims and survivors as the church embraces us and stands with us! I see a great reconciliation and restoration ahead for everyone! God is amazing!

I love the simplicity of this app. Finally a safe and helpful app for us Traumamama’s. It’s very easy to find the right resources needed in different situations. This is definitely a safe place. I would absolutely recommend this app.

This is exactly what so many women need. Resources and support for survivors of trauma right on your phone. It’s easy to find the topic you’re looking for instead of googling everything and filling your browser history with things that can easily be traced. The information is broken down into small parts so it’s not overwhelming. There are resources for everyone no matter what you can afford. This is such a huge help when you’re trying to figure out how to not only survive, but thrive after trauma.
