Complete UI change for what?
The website is incredibly functional and able to be tailored to each institution. The app feels just completely separate UI and design from the website. Why not just make a website adaptment that matches the function available. Now it’s all dispered and mismatch and difficult to find what you’re actually looking for. The only convenient thing is see who your partner is in schedule easily, something the website could make easier to see rather than checking the full schedule.

I can never clock in due to glitches or errors. It is very limited and could use better software development.
Functional Updates
After switching to TSoft a while back they took the time card functionality out of our dashboard and made us migrate to the core app. Which is useless in my opinion it does not show you your work partner nor truck you have been assigned to so it’s an over glorified time clock which is already integrated into the dashboard. So in essence it’s USELESS!

Needs Work
This app although a decent concept is not very helpful. It needs automatic updates through the App Store. Needs to have better functionality. Like being able to see past hours / pay period. Please TraumaSoft work on your apps. Also would be nice not to have to refresh the page to see if you’re actually punched in or out.
