About

Traumix turns EMS patient encounters into complete, accurate documentation, automatically. Built for providers who need to focus on patient care, not paperwork. Traumix passively records the call audio, transcribes it, and generates a structured patient care narrative you can review and copy directly into your agency's existing ePCR system. HOW IT WORKS - Start Traumix at the beginning of a call - Focus entirely on the patient. Traumix handles the documentation - Review the AI-generated narrative and timeline once transcription completes - Copy it into your agency's ePCR system GETTING ACCESS Traumix is provisioned exclusively for EMS agencies with an active service agreement. Accounts are created by your agency administrator. Individual providers interested in trying Traumix can reach out for a non-HIPAA demo version. PRIVACY & SECURITY - All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit - Audio recordings are automatically and permanently deleted once transcription completes - Generated narratives are automatically cleared after a limited retention window - Full audit logging of all data access Traumix is a documentation tool, not a replacement for your agency's official patient care record. Generated narratives are provided for the provider to review, edit, and finalize within your agency's own ePCR system. Traumix requires an active account provisioned by your agency. Contact your agency administrator or visit www.responderworx.com to learn about bringing Traumix to your organization. Individual providers can reach out for a non-HIPAA demo version.

• Sign in with a passkey. Add one in Settings → Passkeys, then sign in with Face ID or Touch ID — no password or authenticator code needed. Passkeys are optional; your password and authenticator app still work. • Simpler app lock. Traumix now unlocks with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode instead of a separate PIN. There's nothing to set up, and it still locks automatically after 5 minutes in the background. • Security and reliability improvements, updated screenshots.
