Game won’t open
I was looking forward to this game have downloaded about 5 times but when I try to open and play it doesn’t work 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Won’t open i try and it closes i deleted it and reinstalled it it and still does the same thing

Game is horrible!!!! I’ve played this game for over a year and I’ve been on the SAME PUZZLE for weeks now after update because I cannot get passed it. This is NOT FUN anymore!!!! Not to mention it doesn’t give hints to help anymore at all. I’m DONE with this game! Waste of time. I would’ve rated this zero stars if it would’ve let me.

I can’t figure out why I have a 1 on the icon on the Home Screen and can’t get it to go away no worries I open the game and there’s nothing that on numbers excepted my story to open to build monuments thanks magic gems how do I send a ticket in the game thanks magic gems I’ve read though all the categories and can’t find anything about the icons on the Home Screen reading though the information about the different categories is interesting things I didn’t know.I updated the game this morning thanks magic gems I’m really unsure about talking to a human I’ve had games miss up before I haven't had any other problems with the game except the icon showing a 1 and doesn’t go away thanks magic gems I’m just going leave the game like it is it’s not a problem I’m going to give the game 5 stars anyway I really enjoy the game thanks again for all your help magic gems I have a question are you planning on adding more than 50 cities I’m not close to finishing all cities as of now thanks magic gems hi for the past 3 days I’ve collected stars from the balloon ride gotten my coins when I go back to collect my rewards from the dance challenge my stars are gone it shows a zero please fix that’s my only problem with the game thanks magic gems I even tried playing the game after the update and my stars still go away after I finish the balloon ride my stars still go away after the balloon ride it’s been like this since Tuesday of last week please fix thanks magic gems

Hello Magic Gems! 11/17/2025 - Thanks for your feedback. We recently fixed an issue where some players had extra stars that didn’t match their level. If your stars disappear on restart, it’s the game correcting those extra stars. You’ll keep all new stars once your level matches the scene you’re on. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Obsessed with it but it’s super glitchy these days
Pro tip, if you’re on a long-play session. Close the app entirely and re-open between games every 25-30 minutes. The game has a tendency to just spontaneously close mid game after about 30 minutes of game time, and if it does you lose all streaks, power up’s and challenges you may be in the middle of. I have spoken to the team and it is a known issue, which they are working on resolving. My current issue is that I can’t open it at all, it downloads to 97% but then just stalls out.

Fun BUT doesn’t update enough!!!
I enjoyed playing this when I first started but for over a month + I have played the SAME PUZZLES over and over again! It’s boring. Please update new puzzles so I can continue to enjoy the game. I’m not playing it anymore until it gets more games available.

Keeps asking for me to update but there is no update button

Why do I keep getting the page to update the game. I have done this so many times, and it keeps popping up g up, it says if I do I’ll get 2000 points. Never happened

Not working since the update
So this game has changed quite a bit. Not necessarily for the better but unfortunately this latest update where it’s actually changed names is very slow to load and glitchy. It’s been sitting on 97% loaded for 10 minutes …. So I can’t even play it tonight. If it doesn’t load I may end up deleting it. Shame as it not a terrible game when you can play it.
