Promising app let down by poor support
Downloaded the trial on 12 April 2026 and it worked perfectly, so I upgraded to a full subscription. After paying, the app stopped working correctly — automatic trip detection failed entirely. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the only way to log trips was to manually configure each one, defeating the purpose of the app.
I attempted to contact support multiple times and received no response whatsoever. It's a shame, because the core functionality showed real promise. Unfortunately, without any support to resolve the issue, I've had no choice but to switch to Driversnote.
Would not recommend until their support improves.

Hi, we have fixed this issue in v5.0.10. The update was released a few days after the issue was reported.
Crash
When I open the app crashes every single time. I have a lot of saved trips on here and I cannot use the app for work right now. I need some help.

Best Logbook app with better customer service
There isn't another app better than this one that I could find to use. I travel for work and rely on accurate logbook, automatic recording and minimal interaction to get it done. Customer service and professionalism from App developers far beyond any experience I've had - fantastic job! Well done and thank you!

Not worth the price
Getting a price increase of well over 100%. This app is not worth it anymore. Most of the time the trips does not auto start, lately after the updates it is even worse and a new issue is getting your location. I Will be look for something else.
Awesome App
awesome app been using it for years. Would just like to see an update for the app to be used on Apple CarPlay.
Functionally Abandoned?
This app has a range of odd bugs and behaviors which are never repaired, and seems to decline over time. It has recently stopped automatically completing trips despite having access to location data and background app refresh. Find something current to invest money on.
If the developer cannot be bothered to actually support their app, they should be clear about that, instead of leaving a degrading app in the App Store requesting a subscription fee.

The worst app ever
This is a waist of time. The worst app I have ever come across
Its not user-friendly,
It is unable to do what you need it for when you need your travel logs to be recorded
It just takes space and wants loads of money to be paid for nothing

Love this app as it’s so easy... especially at tac time!
Can’t get it to work with Bluetooth
Chose this app because it said it would start/stop trips when it detected a Bluetooth connection to the car. Tried multiple times today with no luck so giving up - maybe I’m doing something wrong but I need something easy to work out that saves me time. Giving up.

I’ve been looking for a logbook app and this is perfect. Simple to use, does what it needs too and the reports have information in it required for my reports thank you

Kinda works
Not really suitable for tracking business trips for tax purposes. Couldn’t manage to get data downloaded and doesn’t track multiple trips in the one day we’ll. Too manual.

Constantly misses trips and makes errors.
At the end of 3 months I’ll have to go though my calendar and correct all the mistakes, and then cancel the subscription - hope that works!

Mostly good with some strangeness
The app works relatively well logging trips based on Bluetooth car connections. Sometimes misses the start when the car is already running before the app is started and sometimes misses the end.
Even though you can set places they don’t tag to the location and there is a strange requirement to nominate a driver to the location even when the location is an office.
Als strange that you have to nominate a driver for a vehicle even where vehicles are driven by multiple people.
Adding in journeys manually does not allow you to select one of the locations you create in the app so the purpose of the places is lost on me
In its current state it is not usable in my circumstance

Manager/Administrator
I love the flexibility of changing drivers, cars and vehicles with plates and the many other features of expenses or maintenance. Tracking sometimes is not exact but easy to up date. Transferred to my computer using CSV file which becomes an XL file very easily. I have used it for several years now and recommend it to anyone.
