Unable to download new edition with active subscription

App is not allowing me to download latest editions. I’ve had the app and subscription for four years and now it’s saying I have to pay for the latest editions even though my subscription shows active.

App won’t sync across devices

I can see my issue on my iPhone but not my iPad. Restoring purchases doesn’t work.

Thank you for your review, BrewingBrad.In this new app upgrade you need to go to Account > Sign in >Subscriber then enter your 10 digit account number or email address. Love the magazine, hate the app

I’ve read most of the comments on this app and I have to agree with the negative ones. Trying to download the digital version is IMPOSSIBLE!!! Is it really this difficult for your IT folks to fix? Very, very frustrating.

I subscribe to other magazines with a digital version available and when I’m notified of the new edition, I press ONE button and less than 10 seconds later, it’s available to read.

Please get this fixed!!!!

Please note that the first time you access to your library on the new app, you will need to register your email address to connect it to your Lynnfieldwoods account. To do it, just go to Account > Sign in > Print + Digital Subscriber and enter either your email address or the first 9 digits of your subscriber account number. User Interface is Poor

As a long term subscriber, why does your i-pad app page always appear as if I am a new subscriber and have to sign into me account?

New version is broken!

I used to be able to access the digital copies with my print subscription - however, the new version does not authenticate properly and wants me to buy the digital versions, even though I have a print subscription! Whenever I try to log in with my subscriber number, I get an error message that I should try again later, and when I log in with my email address, the app doesn’t recognize me as subscriber. Not happy!

I’m a Print & Digital subscriber. This new app no longer recognize my account number. How do I contact customer service?!!

Impossible to restore iTunes purchases

Follow the instructions in the new app to the letter - doesn’t work. Reach out to technical support and they require you to sign up for an account. I point out I don’t want an account - I subscribed through iTunes - but no - they want my email and me signed up to an account. Their own instructions to restore purchases don’t work. Feels like a bogus scam to get people signing up for accounts they don’t want and collecting personal information

Not a fan anymore

I love Travel + Leisure magazine, however the new app, not so much. It has slowed down my iPad too much enough for me to loose interest. While I understand the concept of improving things, I feel this was an unnecessary app “improvement”.

MY TRAVEL TOOL

I love this app for the articles and travel suggestions. The "top list" is my favorite. I wish it included commentary on the top properties. Maybe charge for the in-depth analysis with photos and destination recommendations.

Doesn't work

I've logged into my account dozens of times and I still can't actually see the issues. It wants me to buy them. Um, no thanks, I ALREADY DID!!!

Would give -5 stars if possible

I have found it easy to use and navigate. Up there with same high quality as the WSJ app for useability.
