Amazing Easy to use app!
Just love this App! It is so simple and easy to use and the translator functionality is a big plus. All the itinerary images are just stunning, the look and feel of Travel Portal is perfect.
Easy to use for an old fart like me
I’m in my seventies and generally struggle with technology but I found this app easy enough to use that I didn’t even have to call my daughter to help 😂
It was great to be able to easily refer back to the app to find things like packing lists and visa requirements before our trip, and to share our itinerary with friends. It was also helpful to be able to view the itinerary for the day each day we were on the trip-it even opened up to the day we were on automatically.
I don’t leave reviews like this often but this is a great app-highly recommend!

Great app
Our travel advisor shared this app with us and we’ve really enjoyed using it for our trip. We made the itinerary available offline and it was helpful to be able to access all our vouchers and airline tickets even when we didn’t have access to WiFi. It was also helpful to have maps and restaurant menus and we loved that it automatically opened on the day of the trip when we were traveling. Looking forward to our next trip and already have the plan in our app! Thanks for a great app.

Latest update broke the app
As I scroll through the days of my 21 day trip it keeps popping back to the first day. Can’t even get it to stay on the later day long enough to read what’s there.
Easy to use
We are using this app for our upcoming safari and so far we have found it very useful; easy to navigate and if you use the make available offline option can easily refer to your itinerary with or without wifi/data.
Great product
I was so happy when Safari Portal released this app because it means that I can just add in all the flights, transfer and activity times for my clients’ itineraries and it’s easy for them to access it all from their phone. The offline access is also key and I love that they can fill in their client forms through this app too. Totally changed our workflow because before we were creating itineraries in one place and then using a separate platform for a traveler app. This is a no brainer and our client feedback has been great. Love love love! Safari Portal was one of the best business decisions we made.

The best travel app
I love this app. My agent shares beautiful itineraries and I can access them all from here. We also used it on our recent holiday to Kenya. All out passport copies, visas, tickets etc were all accessible offline. Made such a difference to our trip.

I love how streamlined the app is. My clients have one centralized place for their initial proposal, detailed final itinerary, and their own guest portal with flights manifest, documents etc. It’s a game changer
Everything in one place!
My clients rave about this app — specifically they love the trip countdown, how you can make it available offline, and the travel wallet where they easily access all the e-tickets and vouchers I upload for them. It has really reduced (actually, eliminated!) clients reaching out to me during their travels. I love the confidence I have knowing they can navigate their trip easily, and they love their “mini me” in their pocket :)

Great for my itineraries when I travel. Easy to use and it’s great that I can see my itineraries when I don’t have internet connection or wifi.

What is the point of a travel app if you can’t fully access the information offline?
Loved this app
This travel portal app was very helpful during the planning of our trip, before the trip, and during the actual trip itself. I loved how I had all the different options that my agent had sent me could archive some and pin the ones I liked. I also like that even now that we’re back from our trip I can see find all my travel details here and can share it with my friends. Loved everything about this. Five stars.

Easy to use
I am in my 80s and not so techie but this was easy to use and I was very happy to have me trip information here. All I did was sign up with my email and when I clicked the app my itinerary was here with a packing list and forms for us to fill in. We were very happy with this app. Thank you.
Awesome!! Game changer!
This app was a game changer for us because I didn’t have to print anything out and I could look up all the important details for our itinerary no matter where I was. Everything even loaded up when we were on the plane. I felt well prepared for our trip and our advisor did a great job with this app!
Greece trip! This app was a game changer
My husband & I used this app for our trip to Greece last week and it was so good to have everything I needed to know right there - I felt very well prepared and informed and it gave me great peace of mind knowing I could easily find what I needed to know. I will definitely be using my travel advisor again. She was incredibly well organized and every time I looked at the itinerary I always got excited about our trip (which ended up exceeding even our high expectations).

This app is really helpful and easy to use. My itinerary instantly appeared in the app and has everything I need for my trip. It is so nice to have all of my travel info in one place and have it all so well organized.
Cannot add my trip
I followed the simple steps to add my upcoming trip to the app, and it continues to fail, showing no trips. Pointless app
