About

It started as a trip spreadsheet. Every flight with its times, stops and confirmation code. Every hotel with its dates and reservation number. What each booking cost in points and cash. The spreadsheet worked at a desk. It did not work at a check-in counter on a phone, the person I travel with kept getting copies that went out of date, and family never wanted forty columns. Travel Rewards Manager is what replaced it. EVERY BOOKING, EVERY DETAIL Trips hold their flights, hotels, cars, trains and activities, in order, with the details you would otherwise dig out of your inbox: times, flight numbers, addresses, phone numbers and confirmation codes. Confirmation codes stay hidden until you tap to show them. ON YOUR IPHONE AT THE AIRPORT Once a trip is underway, or about to be, the trip screen leads with what comes next: departure and arrival times, the flight number, and the confirmation code when you ask for it. Add a trip or a booking the moment you make it. SHARED WITH THE PERSON YOU TRAVEL WITH A household can include the people you travel with, as owner, editor or viewer, so everyone opens the same trips instead of a copy. THE POINTS AND CASH COLUMNS, KEPT Record the points, the cash you still paid, and what the same booking would have cost outright. Each trip shows what you paid out of pocket and the cash your points avoided. Reward balances across every program are there too, per person. ON THE WEBSITE AS WELL The same account works in any browser, including your phone's. Editing, deleting and sending family a plain itinerary happen there, deliberately, so a mistyped entry on a small screen cannot quietly change a record everyone relies on. PRIVACY No bank or loyalty logins: nothing connects to your accounts, and you record only what you choose. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind in this app. Your trips are never sold or shared. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time. PRICING The iPhone app is free, and the free plan covers two trips with unlimited bookings inside them, with no card required. Core unlocks unlimited trips and household sharing, and is a single payment, not a subscription. The iPhone app sells nothing. GETTING STARTED Create an account in the app or on the website. Sign-in is by a code sent to your email address, so there is no password to remember. Your sign-in stays on the device behind Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
