Seriously? They’ve removed the car option so you’re forced to use only public transport options.
This version is terrible.
I agree with other reviewers. The previous version was far better. They have tried to make this too fancy and it’s not great at all. Just trying to enter an already saved address as your start point, takes multiple prods to enter, if you’re lucky. Same for destination. Quicker going onto each operator’s website to get correct times and routes. Roll this app back to previous version, instead of trying to patch up a rubbish current one.

The old app was great. Live traffic cameras were easily accessible. None on the new app!
Timetable errors still uncorrected 14 days after report
Despite several communications to Traveline, at least two bus services are still missing from their Planner’s version of the Biggar to Edinburgh bus service.

Gives the option to live track which never works, sometimes stops do not load, only accurate thing is the “expected in…” first bus should take over the rural routes at this point

This used to be a great little app. After the last update it’s awful. Impossible to navigate and completely unresponsive. Totally unusable now.

Complete waste of time, this has been going on for a couple of years now - when is it going to be sorted out? It’s embarrassing - how do tourists work it when Scots can’t??

Journey planner not working
“We couldn’t find a journey for you” “Failed to parse request” - this is what I’m getting when trying to plan a journey. The old app didn’t have this bug.

I’m finding this new app very hard to use Whatever happened to the Next Departures option and why doesn’t my location show on the map?

Updated the app with fingers crossed but can’t get anything to work. Link took me to a completely different/irrelevant website

Absolutely dreadful
The old version was very easy to use. The new app is simply not intuitive. There needs to be a ‘How to’ section that informs users how to use the app. You might imagine that by selecting Timetables, and filling in the number of the service that you are looking for, you’d get a downloadable copy of the full timetable for that service, but no, what you get is the one-off journey that you’ve just searched . Then you have to select any one of the (i) symbols associated with each of the steps of the journey and that will take you to a downloadable timetable. Och! I’ve wasted enough time doing what should have been accomplished during snagging.

Used to be able plan journeys with the old app. Why did they change it? Difficult to use. Not

Mir geht es ebenso. Ich stehe gerade vor einem Schottland-Urlaub, fand die Traveline-App ganz ordentlich, habe noch mal upgedatet … und nichts geht mehr!!! sehr, sehr ärgerlich, die asu he geht von vorne los.
Broken since last update
The app is broken since the last update. All buttons and fields are showing UX/UI development information and text. It’s impossible to use the buttons and if you are able to enter your search, you will only see the UI/UX overlays, not the information you need. Same actually on their website - the whole settings have crashed, and nobody seems to care or does answer emails.
