Could not use voucher

Had to change ticket. This was straight forward ish but the voucher I could not use.

Useless

Website is great and easy to use. The app is totally useless for what I wanted it for (airport to downtown). Only seemed to work for tickets between major cities.

Doesn’t work

Crashes as soon as you search a bus route, the app doesn’t work as simple as that...

Useless

Useless app. Crashes every time I try to make a booking. Their website is just as bad.

Huge issue

Says you are currently logged in as .... would you like to log in as a different user.

Clicking no takes you back to the booking page in an infinite loop

Clicking ok signs you out and if you sign back in you are back in the infinite loop

Terrible

Waste of time downloading this. It doesn’t remember the stations selected and collapses. Every Time. Deserves a 0 stars.

App always crashes

Tried using this app twice to book a bus and both times it crashed right after entering credit card info and hitting “pay”. The app itself is useless but the website worked fine when I used it outside the app.

It gets to processing payment and crashes. Great idea. Bad programming.

Horrible app

Same here. I see posted the issue with the app 18 days ago and it looks like nothing has been done yet to fix the problem. Too bad. I uninstalled the app and will not be using it. For those who want to try it out, good luck but I wouldn't recommend it.

Useless

I'm in a rush, downloading the app to use my e-ticket. I do not carry a printer with myself when travelling so I thought that this app will come to great use. Unfortunately it CRASHES each time I try to open the ticket :(

Just loaded

I bought my ticket online & downloaded the app in order to have my ticket in my iPhone. As soon as I touch "show entire ticket," the app crashes. FIX THIS!!! No good to have app if I can't access the QR code😡.
