Incomplete and Confusing
The app felt in complete, choosing your city took up the whole page for three options. Poor use of space in my opinion. It was also hard to understand stand what the app had to offer. Lots of locations, but for what? Additional any time I clicked a tile it took me to a new page that was using similar components, but it felt like I was being taken to another app.
My suggestion is better show what your app has to offer early on be cause it felt like a confusing experience. I wasn’t sure where to go next.

Turning a fright into delight
I am a TP customer for past few years and a very happy one. Very recently I faced an issue which was not pleasant at all but TP team dealt with it with great care and made sure my issue is their prime focus and concern. Not only they fixed the issue but they went extra mile to great customer delight and showed excellent customer services and how they value their customers. I thank TP team especially Anthony his best assistance.
