Gets worse each year
This eliteclub membership is really a waste of money this year. The quality of the hotels and restaurants is embarrassing. This will be my last year.
The app is a horrible bug where the keyboard covers the text box on various pages, which has been reported, but never fixed.

Complete scam - stay away
We were contacted directly by someone claiming to represent JA Resorts and convinced to sign up for this “elite” membership with promises of free night stays and exclusive offers. A full year later, we haven’t been able to book a single night. Every time we try, we’re told there’s no availability—no matter the date, no matter how far in advance we ask.
That’s if they even respond. Most of the time, emails and calls go completely unanswered. It’s become clear that this membership is just a bait-and-switch tactic to collect fees with no intention of delivering the promised value.
Extremely disappointing and dishonest. Save your money.
