Garbage Spam
I can’t tell if this was ever a real app. I tried it. It’s garbage! No idea how it works. There’s lots of gold spinny things yelling at you to spin them and earn “cash”. That level of garbage.
Crypto spammers heaven
Travello used to be a great app that helped travellers gain ideas, tips and inspiration from other travellers. While it can still serve that purpose, it’s become heavily infiltrated by spammers, scammers and crypto traders who post totally irrelevant content. The admin of the app is pretty non-existent meaning that irrelevant content floods the platform on a daily basis without filtration or removal. This has ruined the experience for travel-focused users of the app. There are now far better alternatives on the market.

Glitchy, outdated UI and not straightforward at all
The app screen keeps reloading rapidly on its own for no reason. Created my profile but nothing is showing up in terms of what the app seems to be advertising so not really sure what the point is. The one thing that worked was asking for payment if I wanted to buy points for things?? I don’t even know what I’m buying so why would I want to give money to this app? Very weird.

Use other apps!
This app is horrific. The app itself doesn’t work (I have tried to book things, but it just won’t let me upload my personal details to do so), and the company has very strict cancellation rules. All this doesn’t come with a better price - in fact, without any promotional discounts, the costs are often a lot higher. I’d stick with Klook or GetYourGuide.

Great idea. Limited functions
I hope the developers read this because I think this could be a huge virtual hub for travellers. It has some very cool features and fun ideas with a nice interface.
Firstly, I don’t like how much pesters you to keep your current location on. I was automatically added to local groups which is a privacy concern.
Secondly , the search functions are very limited. It would be great if you could search by hashtag or another level of granularity to find experiences. There are only a handful of groups which are currently too vast to really be useful, especially as user base grows. Right now, it’s no more useful than TripAdvisor really, but with less reviews.
I also couldn’t add Spain and Thailand to my past trips. I’ll try using it when I’m on my travels next month, and I’ll update this review.
