Dear Marisha, more than half a million users have always understood that the duration of the files is indicated in minutes and seconds. We are sorry that you misunderstood thinking that it was hours and minutes. If each single audio file lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes, you would have several hundred hours of storytelling for each city and you would get bored after a few minutes of listening. To keep the listener's attention high, the files last no more than 3 minutes each and if we have to tell a point of interest in many minutes, we do it with multiple audio files but no longer than 3 minutes each to avoid boring the listeners. To help you, on the site you will find detailed information with the full text of each file, the total amount of files for each point of interest and we also allow you to listen to each audio for 30 seconds for free to check its quality and avoid misunderstandings. We believe that your review is very unfair and also offensive towards the more than 70 people who work on this project. We would appreciate it if you could update your review. Thank you very much. The code steps were not as stated but i eventually got it
Never got the email to get the code and their customer service emails and website are invalid

Содержание написано искусствоведами и известными профессионалами, работающими на телевидении. Ничего не скопировано из википедии.
